Sub: Demerger, transfer and vesting of the publishing business undertaking of Kasturi & Sons Limited into THG Publishing Private Limited - Intimation in relation to orders /contracts/ agreements.

We hereby inform that the publishing business undertaking of M/s Kasturi & Sons Limited has been demerged, transferred and vested into and with M/s THG Publishing Private Limited, a subsidiary of Kasturi & Sons Limited, pursuant to the order of the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT, Chennai Bench) dated 29th August 2017 sanctioning the Scheme of Arrangement (Demerger) (‘the Scheme’).  

In accordance with the Scheme, all the contracts / agreements entered into by M/s Kasturi & Sons Limited in relation to the publishing business undertaking and the related rights and obligations thereto, stand transferred in favour of M/s THG Publishing Private Limited. 

All Release orders with insertion date till 31-December -2017 may be made in the name of  Kasturi & Sons, Release Orders with insertion date 01-January-2018 & after may be made in the name of “THG Publishing Private Limited” 

  •      All future correspondences should be addressed to
